Dear Nicky,

You were a total pill today with your therapist, completely uncooperative. Today's session was a total waste of time. This worries Mom and me, because we don't know if it's typically monstrous two-year-old behavior, or something pertaining to T21. Frankly, most of the time, all we do is live in fear. I know you don't mean this kind of behavior, but it's still quite a challenge.
