Rainy but nice...

Dear Nicky,

It was a gray, wet day all day, but the temperature was mild, and so was everybody's mood. No major crises, fights, meltdowns, whatever. Later we went out to Chimney Rock for dinner and it was surprisingly okay. Then we drove out to the Great Swamp, then went and had ice cream. Well, you wouldn't eat any, but oh well...
