Dear Nicky,

As you know, I had my appendix taken out the other day. I've been quite uncomfortable since, and at night I take a couple pills for the pain. They make me feel less pain, but they also make me a little dizzy. You got to watch out for stuff like that. Sure, it's good to make pain go away, but some medications can be addictive, and they hook you, and that will cause you more and greater pain in the long run.
