Dear Nicky,

You're killing me, pal. Why don't you sleep? What's wrong with you now? Last night you peed through two diapers and wet your bed. Tonight you can't seem to sleep again. Is it your stomach? Your ear tubes? Is it the Diflucan? This is the third winter where, every night, you wake up crying for no reason.
