Four-thirty bedtime...

Dear Nicky,

You ate well and worked well with your therapist today. We all even took a little nap before she came over. Then your nanny came over while I went out, then when I got back, she took you guys for a walk, where you went to sleep. This was around 4:30, so now you're sleeping in your clothes and are unfed and unchanged since this afternoon. Great.
